Reframing “Impossible” to “Possible”

5 Meaningful Lessons from Kristin Marsoli , Marketing Director at Circle Surrogacy

1 - REACH AND RESPECT YOUR AUDIENCE. For regulated and protected categories, targeting is key. Respecting privacy and practicing permission marketing is a basic expectation.

2 - EDUCATION IS THE SOLUTION FOR MISCONCEPTION. Inform, clarify, explain. State facts and shed light, but be realistic and manage expectations.

3 - EVERYONE HAS A STORY AND IT’S OUR JOB TO LISTEN. Customers’ reality is pivotal to how brands are shaped, how solutions are created and how products or services are evolved. There should be no judgement nor prejudice in any angle, and safe spaces should be created for our target - they are people, not sales leads.

4 - TRANSPARENCY AND ACCEPTANCE BUILD LOYALTY. Be true, authentic and honest to everyone. A short-term gain through an ad click or a one-time sales conversion will not develop real fans or advocates if the premise or claims are false and fake.

5 - MAKING A HUMAN DIFFERENCE IS A MARKETER’S REAL FULFILLMENT. Beyond revenue growth, exponential volume incrementality or increased market share, what makes everything truly worth it comes from sincere anecdotal “Thank you’s” from real people who are genuinely happy with the benefits and impact you've delivered.
